There is a need for a link between people who want to employ staff and people who are looking for work.  A recruitment Agency is such a link.

The agency contracts clients who need staff and finds out exactly what their requirements are in terms of job skills, experience and qualifications. They select a short-list of suitable people from the job-seekers in their files or place an advertisement in the newspapers. The challenge is to findthe right person for the job.
