The Banking Skills Academy Learnership
The learnership provides unemployed matriculants and graduates the chance to gain skills in the financial services sector. The 12-month programme gives participants exposure to various entry-level roles within Standard Bank branches and offices throughout SA. They will receive a learner allowance of R2 500 a month. When successfully completed, the candidates will obtain a recognised National Certificate in Banking (NQF level 4).
