Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is closed to all employees, friends, family and suppliers of Career Planet.

2. The cellphone make and type is subject to change without prior notification.

3. The cellphone competition does not include any contract or airtime, and will not be RICA'd by Career Planet. This is the responsibility of the winner.

4. The cellphone cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. The competition will be run on a regular basis, at the discretion of Career Planet. The winning entry is also subject to the discretion of management and staff at Career Planet.

6. Winners must have 'liked' the Career Planet Facebook page in order to submit an entry. We will notify the winner via the Facebook page and it is the winner's responsibility to provide us with their contact details and delivery address after they have been selected.

8. The winner's competition entry and photograph (if supplied) will be featured on the Career Planet website.

9. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges and the judge’s decision is final.

10. By entering the competition you give Career Planet the right to use the story at its discretion.

11. The competition is only open to people living in South Africa.
