Who can apply:
Investec, in partnership with Study Trust, is offering partial bursaries to students who aim to study full-time towards an undergraduate university degree in Commerce, B Bus Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a Commercial LLB. The main criteria for the selection of applicants are financial need and academic potential.
Applications are open to:
 

• Young SA citizens with academic potential who are in need of financial assistance.
   
• Learners working towards or with University exemption with a minimum of 60% in English and Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) and a 50% pass rate in all other subjects. Applicants who wrote Matric (Grade 12) prior to 2008 should have a minimum of 60% in both Maths (HG) and English (HG).

Bursary amount R30 000 per annum
Main selection criteria: academic merit and financial need.

Annual closing date:
The closing date for receipt of applications by Study Trust is 30 September 2008. Terms and conditions, as per the information letter, will apply.
