We have been advised that schools have all the necessary forms and information about how to go about registering as a private candidate. We therefore suggest you contact the school you wrote your exams at. The examinations are in November 2010. You could also contact private colleges like Damelin, Abbots College, Intec College to see if they can help you with private candidate registration and suitable courses. Another course of action you may consider is completing a National Certificate (Vocational) Civil Engineering & Building Construction Level 2-4 through your local FET College. If you obtain good marks you may apply for admission to a University of Technology for a national Diploma Architectural Technology.  You could also consider obtaining a National Certificate in Multi-Disciplinary Drawing Office Practice (N4 & N5) so that you can work as a draughtsperson.
