Choosing to be a pre-primary teacher is a wonderful and noble career choice. It carries a lot of responsibilty as the teacher plays an important role in the social, physical and intellectual development of every child in her/his class.
To become a pre-primary school treacher, you will need to do a 4-year Bachelor of Education degree or an approved general Bachelors degree followed by a one year professional teaching qualification.
As a pre-primary teacher you will teach the basic elements of mathematics, language, science and social relationships as well as personal hygiene, music, art and literature.
