Consultant
Consultants are people who are qualified to provide professional advice or services to any client requiring assistance. They work closely with senior management as well as other employees at all levels, depending on the information that needs to be gathered and collated for presentation to the client. They need to be objective in their research as well as their advice. They normally have management experience.
Responsibilities:
Consultants assemble and analyse all the available data, understand the nature of the problem and supply a range of solutions to present to the client, objectively and factually.
Consultants can specialise in many different sectors of business such as financial, management, computers, advertising, marketing, public relations, products and services, etc.
They can be employed on a full-time basis, run their own businesses or work on a part-time or contractual basis.
