Character Animator-Games
Character animators for games are the responsible for developing the characters that form part of computer games. They are responsible for developing characters and adding personality features to them. For example, if the character is a violent hero, the face, eyes and demeanour must relate to the personality.
Characters are developed in a specific programming language and incorporated with the other modules to form a story.
The process begins by forming a visual concept of what the animation should represent. Once the concepts are approved by the executive producer, the programming of the character starts. This is a very long process, and character animators could be expected to change one character a number of times before it is acceptable for production.
