Banking Analysts perform in-house credit assessments of clients.
Duties include
- developing of presentations for clients, credit enhancers and conferences.
- drafting transaction memos and offering documents.
- critically reading and analysing legal documents.
- researching and compiling market data.
- communicating regularly and effectively with clients, attorneys, investment bankers, and all other parties involved in bond financings
This is a pretigious and challenging career and entails interation with a variety of clients and other professionals. This career involves long hours, intense concentration, is a pressurised, demanding and stressful environment.
