Other aspects of their work include training and coordinating research teams and preparing funding applications.
They also work with plant cultivators to establish new strains and with animal breeders who use artificial insemination to produce superior offspring.
Agricultural technical advisors interpret aerial photographs and prepare maps showing soil and vegetation patterns. They do work in laboratories such as chemical analysis and culture of microorganisms, which cause diseases.
