Advertising Managers plan and direct all areas of the advertising arena.
It is the responsibility of the Advertising Manager to plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies
They are also involved with annual advertising budgets as well as the individual budgeting of advertising campaigns.
Advertising Managers ensure that layouts and advertising copy as well as scripts for audio advertising are in line with specifications. They also inspect other promotional material ensuring compliance to either the client or Company specifications.
